2. Cooling-Off & General Return Time Limit
Customers have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to cancel their order for any reason. Following cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us. All eligible items must be unused, unwashed, unmarked, and kept in original sealed packaging with all labels and accessories intact.
For faulty or misdescribed goods, customers hold a statutory 30-day right to a full refund under UK consumer law.
3. Items Eligible for Full Refund & Return
The following conditions qualify for return and full refund:
- Product arrives damaged, broken, or with factory defects

4. Items Only Eligible for Exchange (No Direct Refund)

- Customer prefers another colour or similar style of the same series
- Seasonal limited storage products, only exchange for in-stock alternative models
5. Items & Situations Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange
The following cases are not eligible for refund or exchange, without overriding your statutory legal rights:
- Products that have been used, assembled, washed, stained or damaged by the customer
- Original packaging torn, labels removed or accessories missing
- Custom-sized, personalised or specially cut storage items
- Clearance, discounted final sale products clearly marked non-returnable on the product page
- Return request submitted after both the cooling-off and extended statutory period
- Damage caused by improper use, storage or artificial destruction
6. Refund & Processing Time Rules
All processing and record retention follow fixed specific time limits:
- Goods inspection period: Within 5 working days after we receive returned items
- Refund completion period: Processed to original payment method within 7 working days after inspection approval
- Exchange arrangement period: Replacement item dispatched within 7 working days after confirmation
- Return and refund related records: Retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes
7. Return Shipping Cost Rules
- Defective, wrong item or our delivery error: we cover return postage
- Customer personal reason for return or exchange: customer bears all return shipping fees
