We offer completely free shipping for all orders within the United Kingdom with no minimum purchase requirement.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
All orders are processed only after full payment is confirmed. We do not dispatch unpaid orders. All orders enjoy free standard shipping service.

- Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays
- Short delays may occur during peak shopping seasons and promotional activities
3. Delivery Areas & Free Shipping Rule
We provide free delivery services covering the whole United Kingdom, including mainland UK, Northern Ireland and qualified outlying areas. No extra shipping fee will be charged under any circumstances.

4. Clear Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times start counting from the actual shipment date instead of order placing date.

- Remote highland and outlying areas: extra 1-2 working days needed

- Delivery failure caused by wrong address shall be re-delivered free of charge

- Unclaimed packages will be returned after the time specified by courier
6. Risk & Title Transfer
The risk of loss, damage, or theft of the ordered products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address. Ownership of goods passes to the customer once full payment is received and the order is dispatched. Free shipping service will not change the ownership and risk agreement.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
POSTALL LTD is not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Bad weather, natural disasters and social emergency restrictions
- Influence of British public holidays and official traffic control
- All objective logistics obstacles beyond our control
8. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels
If the package is returned due to customer reasons such as wrong address, refusal to sign or long-term unclaimed, we support free re-delivery service. We will not deduct any shipping fee from customer refunds for free shipping orders.
